Account & support
Profile, cancellation and getting help.
- How do I change my account details? — Open Profile to update your name, username and email. Changing your email sends a confirmation link to the new address — the old one stays active until you confirm.
- What happens to my music if I cancel? — If you stop renewing, your releases are taken down from all stores when your paid period ends. Royalties earned before takedown remain yours and can be withdrawn from the Revenue page. Resubscribe later and you can redeliver your catalog.
- Can several people share one account? — An account is meant for one owner with one login — anyone with the password can change payout details, so never share credentials. If your team needs access, the Label Enterprise plan includes staff sub-accounts: invite team members from the Team page, each with their own login and permissions.
- How do I contact support? — Email us directly at support@spilix.co and our team will get back to you.
- How is a sub-account different from a separate account? — A sub-account (Label Enterprise) is a staff login inside your label account: A&R, marketing or finance team members get their own credentials and role-based permissions (view-only, edit, full), and you can restrict each one to specific label imprints. Sub-accounts are for your team, not for artists — artists don’t log in; the label owner manages their releases and royalties.
- I manage 50 artists. Which label plan? — Label Pro $149/year for 30 artists (~$4.97/artist) or Label Enterprise $299/year for unlimited + priority support + bulk upload.
- Are multiple labels (parent / sub-label) supported? — No. Spilix doesn’t have a parent / sub-label hierarchy. One label account manages all of its artists and imprints (label names) directly; on Label Enterprise you can add staff sub-accounts and restrict each one to specific imprints — that’s how you organise sub-labels inside a single account.
