What if I cancel Content ID?
You can turn off auto-renew for a release’s Content ID at any time from the dashboard. Enrollment stays active until the end of the 12 months you’ve paid for (add-on fees are non-refundable) and simply isn’t renewed after that. Once it expires, the fingerprint is removed from the platforms within 14-30 days; royalties already collected are paid out in full.
